These Terms & Conditions govern your use of naevostudio.com and any purchase of products or services from NAEVO Studio. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
NAEVO Studio provides MS Office work, graphic designing, video editing, website development, digital template packs, and related computer/digital services, as described on our website.
For custom services (e.g. logo design, video editing, website development), the scope, price, and delivery timeline are agreed upon before work begins. Any changes to scope after work has started may affect price and timeline.
Template packs and other digital downloads are delivered electronically after payment is confirmed. Once a digital product has been delivered/downloaded, the sale is final (see our Refund Policy).
Payments are processed securely through Safepay. Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise. Full payment is generally required before delivery of digital products; custom service payment terms may vary and will be agreed upon directly.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of custom design/development work transfers to the client upon full payment. Template packs are licensed for the buyer's personal or commercial use as described at time of purchase, but may not be resold, redistributed, or claimed as the buyer's own original template design.
All website content, branding, and the NAEVO Studio name and logo remain the property of NAEVO Studio.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project details, timely feedback, and any content/materials required to complete an order. Delays caused by late client feedback may affect delivery timelines.
NAEVO Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
