Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

1. Digital Template Packs

All sales of digital template packs are final once the file has been downloaded or delivered. Because these are digital goods that cannot be "returned" once accessed, we do not offer refunds after delivery.

Exceptions apply only in the following cases:

You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate payment)
The file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or does not match what was advertised

In these cases, contact us within 48 hours of purchase and we will provide a corrected file or process a refund, at our discretion, after verifying the issue.

2. Custom Services (Design, Video Editing, Websites, etc.)

Custom project cancellations are handled as follows:

If you cancel before work has started, any advance payment will be refunded in full.
If you cancel after work has started, you will be charged for work already completed; the remaining balance (if prepaid) will be refunded.
If work is fully completed and delivered as agreed, no refund will be issued.

3. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

Contact us at naevostudio@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at 0313-5323529 with your order details. We aim to respond within 1 business day.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method through Safepay, and may take a few business days to reflect depending on your bank or wallet provider.
